According to the World Economic Forum, Thailand was ranked 13th as the most friendly country in the world for tourists by 2013. Not surprisingly, this year's Global Destinations Cities Index predicts there will be 16 million tourists who come to Thailand. Indonesia itself sits at No. 114 out of 140 countries in the world the most hospitable.
